No more choosing between answering and working
A phone ringing during a consultation, a meeting or on a building site is a constant dilemma: pick up and interrupt what you’re doing, or let it ring and risk losing a patient, a client or important information.
With an outsourced telephone answering service, your calls are forwarded to my line during the time slots you choose. I answer in your name, with the greeting you have chosen, I qualify the request and act on your instructions: booking an appointment, answering frequently asked questions, passing on a message or putting an urgent caller through.
What a missed call costs you
Patients who call elsewhere
A new patient who reaches voicemail will often call the next practice on their list.
Interruptions when you need to concentrate
Every call taken during a consultation or meeting breaks your rhythm and your focus.
A full voicemail every evening
Calling fifteen people back after your working day is neither efficient nor pleasant.
A less professional image
A polished telephone welcome immediately reassures the caller.

Frequently asked questions
Will my callers know the service is outsourced?
No, unless you want them to. I answer with your practice’s or company’s greeting, just as an on-site secretary would.
How do you pass on messages?
By e-mail, text message or directly in your own tool (diary, CRM, medical software), whichever suits you. Urgent matters are flagged immediately.
Can I limit the service to certain hours?
Yes. Most clients choose specific time slots (mornings, lunch break, consultation days) or forwarding only when they don’t answer.
Can you book appointments directly?
Yes, if you give me access to your online diary and we have agreed your scheduling rules together (durations, types of consultation, reserved slots).
