Invoicing means getting paid — provided you actually do it

For many self-employed professionals, invoicing is the task they put off the most. The result: work invoiced weeks late, payments dragging on and cash flow suffering, even though the work has been done.

I take care of preparing your invoices based on your services, sending them out, and then tracking payments. When a payment is late, I send gradual, always courteous reminders to preserve your relationship with your clients. I then prepare the relevant documents for your accountant.

Why invoicing slips

Work that never gets invoiced

A few forgotten hours each month eventually add up to real lost income.

Late payments

Without a structured reminder process, some clients pay at 60 or 90 days.

Reluctance to chase

Asking for payment yourself can damage a business relationship.

An accountant waiting for documents

Incomplete paperwork, a stressful quarter-end, a higher risk of errors.

Frequently asked questions

Which invoicing software do you work with?

I adapt to your tool: online invoicing software, modules in your business software, or office templates if you don’t yet have a dedicated tool.

Do you replace my accountant?

No. I prepare and organise the documents, enter data if needed and liaise with your accountant or accounting firm, who remains responsible for your bookkeeping and tax returns.

How do the reminders work?

According to a schedule agreed with you: a courteous reminder on the due date, a second reminder, then a phone call. You decide on the stages and approve sensitive cases.

Can you handle invoicing for medical services?

I can assist practitioners with the administrative follow-up of their payments and care certificates, in line with the rules specific to each profession and the tools they use.
