My background
With 13 years of experience in the administrative and medical sectors, I have built solid expertise in private medical practices as well as with small businesses and self-employed professionals.
Over the course of my career, I have held various positions, including medical secretary, patient coordinator and administrative assistant.
These experiences have given me a command of many administrative tasks: diary management, booking appointments, invoicing, payment follow-up, file management and communication with clients and other contacts.
I have also supported several self-employed entrepreneurs with the day-to-day administration of their business. I therefore know how important well-organised administration, rigorous follow-up and effective communication are.
A multilingual profile
Born and raised in Rotterdam, Dutch is my native language. Thanks to my studies in tourism, my internships abroad and my professional experience, I have also gained an excellent command of English and French.
How I work
Rigour, autonomy, organisation and discretion are at the heart of the way I work.
I place great importance on trust, clear communication and keeping my commitments. I like to work in a structured way, anticipate needs and make sure every task is followed through carefully.
Why remote administrative support?
As a mother of three, I chose to build an independent business that allows me to work remotely and organise my schedule flexibly.
This choice allows me to put my experience and skills fully at my clients’ service, with availability, commitment and professionalism.
My goal is simple: to take administrative tasks off your hands, give you reliable support and free up more time for your core business.
