Is the €30/h rate fixed?
The Essential plan rate is €30 per hour worked. The Serenity and Tailor-made plans are subject to a personalised quote based on the volume and nature of the tasks.
Are there any set-up or collaboration fees?
No, none at all. There are no set-up, file-opening, installation, subscription or collaboration fees: only the hours actually worked are billed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not for the Essential plan, which is billed by the hour. The Serenity plan is based on a reserved monthly volume, agreed together and adjustable.
How are hours recorded?
Hours are tracked precisely and itemised in a summary attached to each invoice: you know exactly what they were spent on.
Is the initial call chargeable?
No. The initial call, by video or by phone, is free and without obligation.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes. It is common to start with the Essential plan and then move to Serenity once the need becomes regular.
