Your time is your most precious resource
For a practitioner or a self-employed professional, the diary is much more than a calendar: it directly reflects your turnover and your quality of life. An empty slot after a last-minute cancellation, two overlapping appointments or a client who forgets to turn up, and the whole day falls apart.
I take full charge of your diary, in the tool you already use. You set your rules — durations, appointment types, reserved slots, buffer times — and I apply them rigorously, while keeping the flexibility needed to deal with the unexpected.
The most common diary problems
Missed appointments
Without reminders, no-shows pile up and slots are lost.
Cancellations that are never refilled
A slot freed up the day before often stays empty for lack of a waiting list.
Endless back-and-forth
Finding a date that suits everyone by e-mail can take five messages.
An overflowing schedule
Appointments too close together, with no time for admin or the unexpected.

Frequently asked questions
Which diary tools do you work with?
With most online diaries: Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, as well as common booking platforms and medical software. I adapt to your tool rather than imposing a new one.
Can you manage several practitioners in the same practice?
Yes. Coordinating several diaries (group practices, partners, shared rooms) is part of my usual work.
Are reminders sent automatically?
Depending on your tool, reminders can be automated. I check they work properly and add personalised reminders where useful (first appointments, long treatments, patients who often miss appointments).
What happens in an emergency or if something unexpected comes up?
We agree a procedure in advance: who to offer the slot to, which appointments to move first, how to let you know. You are only called upon when absolutely necessary.
